Locking the Fingers/Wrist - downward to disrupt the balance. And/or stepping backwards quickly and pulling the Wrist/Arm as you move back will "drag" the opponent to the ground.

Controlling and Twisting the Fingers creates a "sharp joint" pain, shocking the brain, and disrupting the balance. Thus, allowing for an easy quick punch or strike to any "open vital pressure point" target.

Locking the Fingers/Wrist - downward to disrupt the balance. Stepping backwards quickly and pulling the Wrist/Arm as you move will "drag" the opponent to the ground.

Eagle Claw Kung Fu will use in-close quick multiple strikes... Hammer Fist, Leopard Fist, Swinging Fist, Back Fist, Cotton Palm Slaps, Open Hand and Back Hand Palms, and In-Close Dim Mak strikes.

Train the Double Claw grabbing action with different partners to learn how to quickly adapt to each person. Position the claws accurately on the wrist and elbow joints. Maintain a strong Horse Stance when working on pulling or pressing the arm.

Yin & Yang Clawing is training the pull back and down the arm to disrupt the balance. Make sure to have a strong yielding "light stance" to train the power for pulling back and down. Accurately position your claws on the wrist and elbow joints.
